ZIZ TOYZ - SQUARE 3D PLASTIC TOYSETS
In the world of the toy construction sets people are used to make joints from one direction only, i.e. the elements are installed one upon the other. This is not necessary. All the directions can be used. Its possible to construct 3-dimensionally in directions of height, depth and width. This will naturally happen when using 90 degree angles.
When using the Square 3D system its possible to additionally add 30-, 45- or 60-degree angles, even in quite arbitrarily selected directions. This has not earlier be seen in the toy world.
There has been different ways for 3D joints in the market. But for children they have been too distant, badly operative and too abstrac, like joints based on magnetism. Usually such developments have lived a short time, only.
The Square 3D system has been developed about twenty years. Half of the time the basic charasteristics of the system have been tested in Finland. The endusers have highly favoured the Square. In spite of new virtual games it has kept its position as one of the most favoured games.
The reason for this is that a child wants to make something by his/her hands and create himself/herself. Every play has its own story. When a self-contained girl was asked what was the best in this system, she answered: "Its not necessary to look at any model".
The Square 3D world is an inexhaustible product idea stock especially that it is built up of even five different measurement systems: 28, 40, 56, 80 and 112 mm dimensioning systems which can be joint together and which are compatible.
The 3-dimensionality in itself means for a small builder that he/she needs new elements more all the time.
